DAY 01
Arrive & Settle In · Guanacaste Coast
Land in Costa Rica and transfer directly to a boutique stay near Nosara, on the Guanacaste coast. Ease into the trip with a welcome dinner featuring fresh, local ingredients.
Surf, Move, Explore
Start the morning with a surf lesson on one of Nosara’s legendary beaches, followed by a mat pilates class. In the afternoon, wander the vibrant coastal town.
Recovery & Reflection
A slower day built around wellness: a reformer pilates or yoga session, a sauna and cold plunge recovery experience, and a farm-to-table lunch.
Coast to Cloud Forest
Travel inland to the misty cloud forests of Monteverde, stopping at a local coffee farm along the way.

What's included?
Every itinerary is different, but your trip can include accommodations, private transportation, curated experiences, activity bookings, restaurant recommendations, and on-the-ground support throughout your stay. We’ll tailor every detail to your travel style and preferences.
What's not included?
International flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are generally not included unless specifically stated in your itinerary. Since every experience is customized, we’ll clearly outline exactly what’s included before you confirm your booking.
How do I book?
Simply reach out through our inquiry form and tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll schedule a conversation, learn more about your travel style, and create a personalized itinerary before confirming your reservation.
What's the cancellation policy?
90+ days before departure — deposit only (30%) is retained.
60–89 days before departure — 50% of trip cost is retained.
30–59 days before departure — 75% of trip cost is retained.
Under 30 days — 100% of trip cost is retained.
Because each itinerary is built around independent local partners, a supplier’s own cancellation terms may exceed the schedule above; where that’s the case, the supplier’s terms apply.
How customized can my itinerary be?
As customized as you’d like it to be. You can start with one of our existing retreats or adventures, combine elements from several experiences, or ask us to build something entirely from scratch.
