We aim to elevate your surfing experience by following a program that enables you to make significant improvements in just one week.
Daily 90-minute surf lessons: Personalized coaching to improve technique and confidence.
20–30 min group coaching: Surf theory, ocean safety, and detailed feedback.
Surf videography & photography: Water camera footage delivered via AirDrop.
Premium gear: Surfboard + rash guard for 120 minutes (extra practice optional).

We’re excited to have Paula from Paula Suryaflow guiding our yoga sessions. With her expertise in yoga and mindfulness, she helps deepen body awareness, improve flexibility, focus, and balance, all essential for stronger surfing. Her flowing and mindful practice promotes clarity and relaxation, empowering surfers to move more efficiently on their boards and build confidence in the water. Through her thoughtful guidance, you’ll experience how yoga elevates your surf journey and brings harmony to mind and body.
Strength, balance, and body awareness
Sofia will guide functional training classes designed to enhance your surfing ability. As both a strength coach and psychologist, she integrates the mind–body connection into a holistic approach that goes beyond physical fitness, helping surfers build body awareness, stability, and strength through conscious movement.

Getting to Nosara, Playa Guiones
Nosara is one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beach towns, known for its surf, yoga, and pura vida lifestyle. It’s easy to reach from the country’s two main international airports:
- Liberia International Airport (LIR) – approximately 2.5 to 3 hours by car.
- San José International Airport (SJO) – approximately 5 to 6 hours by car or a 25-minute domestic flight away.
Transportation Options to Nosara
Private Airport Transfers
The easiest and most comfortable way to get to Nosara. Enjoy door-to-door service with professional, bilingual drivers.
Shared Shuttle Services
A budget-friendly and eco-conscious way to travel from San José or Liberia to Nosara. Shuttles run daily with air-conditioned vehicles and scheduled departure times.
Car Rentals
For travelers who want flexibility and freedom to explore, renting a 4×4 vehicle is ideal. Roads are improving, but some routes still include gravel sections—especially during the rainy season.
Domestic Flights to Nosara
From San José (SJO), you can take a short, scenic 45 minute flight with Sansa Airlines or Green Airways to Nosara’s local airport (NOB). From there, it’s a quick 10-minute taxi ride to Beach Break.
Travel Tips
- If you arrive in Costa Rica late in the afternoon ( especially in San José, consider staying overnight near the airport and traveling to Nosara the next morning.
- During high season (December–April), book your transportation or flight in advance.
- Always confirm your pickup time and location before arrival for a smooth experience.
